Deadline for abstract submission: October 20, 2020.

Abstracts of up to 250 words on any of the listed topics are invited.  Abstracts may be scientific (i.e., research on a research ethics issue) or programmatic (e.g., describing education/training programs, enhancing REC workflows, methods to enhance research integrity programs, etc.).

The Scientific committee will judge each abstract for selection and will also select the top 2 rated abstracts to receive an award consisting of payment of a registration fee to a regional ethics conference during the next year (up to a value of $400 US dollars).

All submissions must be written in English, the official language of the virtual workshop.

Each participant may present only one oral or one ePoster. For accepted abstracts, registration fees will be waived for the first author of the abstract.

In the Submit an Abstract section, please select whether you desire an oral or ePoster presentation.  Oral presentations will have a 15 minute slot (10 minute presentation followed by 5 minute Q&A). Due to limited space for oral presentations, the organizers will inform those who submitted abstracts for an oral presentation or whether the abstract can then be submitted as ePoster presentation.  Please click here to view the ePoster submission guidelines.
