Henry Silverman, MD, MA Henry Silverman is Professor of Medicine at the University of Maryland Baltimore, USA. He studied medicine at The Johns Hopkins University (MD 1974) and received his MA Degree in Bioethics from Georgetown University in 1995. He is program director of Fogarty/NIH research ethics training programs situated in the Middle East and Myanmar.
