Dr. Henry SilvermanHenry Silverman, MD, MA  Henry Silverman is Professor of Medicine at the University of Maryland Baltimore, USA. He  studied medicine at The Johns Hopkins University (MD 1974) and received his MA Degree in Bioethics from Georgetown University in 1995.  He is program director of Fogarty/NIH research ethics training programs situated in the Middle East and Myanmar.

Dr. Veena PillaiDr. Veena Pillai is a medical doctor and researcher based in Malaysia. She works with Medicins Sans Frontieres and is a consultant at Diode Consultancy, an independent research consultancy that conducts research to increase access to human rights for vulnerable populations. She is actively involved in ethics review of research projects in vulnerable populations through an independent ethics review board.

Dr. Vina VaswaniDr. Vina Vaswani is Professor of Forensic Medicine & Toxicology with additional qualification in Bioethics. She completed her Masters (MA) in Bioethics in 2008, as an Erasmus Mundus scholar from three European Universities (KU Leuven University Belgium, Netherlands and Italy). She also has postgraduate diplomas in Medical Law & Ethics and Human Rights Law, both from National Law School of India University, Bengaluru. She is also the Director, Centre for Ethics, Yenepoya University, Mangalore. Dr Vina is the Principal Investigator for Yenepoya University Fogarty International Research Ethics Masters Program for India (YUFIC).
